Rising levels of anxiety, stress, lack of concentration, cyberbullying, sleep disorders, and social isolation are increasingly observed among students. Entre los estudiantes se observa un aumento de los niveles de ansiedad, estr\u00e9s, falta de concentraci\u00f3n, ciberacoso, trastornos del sue\u00f1o y aislamiento social. Adem\u00e1s, muchos adolescentes tienen dificultades para reconocer sus emociones, comunicarse de forma eficaz y establecer relaciones aut\u00e9nticas.<\/p><p><br \/>En una \u00e9poca en la que la vida de los j\u00f3venes est\u00e1 profundamente entrelazada con el mundo digital, el proyecto WISE-UP (Wellness Integration and Smart Education for Understanding and Prevention, Integraci\u00f3n del bienestar y educaci\u00f3n inteligente para la comprensi\u00f3n y la prevenci\u00f3n) ofrece una respuesta concreta e innovadora a los nuevos retos de la salud mental y el bienestar digital en las escuelas.<\/p><p><br \/>Financiado por el programa Erasmus+ en el marco de la convocatoria ERASMUS-EDU-2024-POL-EXP-DIGITAL, WISE-UP tiene como objetivo tender un puente entre la educaci\u00f3n digital y la atenci\u00f3n plena, ayudando a los estudiantes y profesores a vivir la tecnolog\u00eda de una manera m\u00e1s consciente, equilibrada y saludable.<br \/>El proyecto tiene una duraci\u00f3n de tres a\u00f1os y re\u00fane a una amplia asociaci\u00f3n europea de escuelas, proveedores de formaci\u00f3n, universidades, expertos en mindfulness e instituciones p\u00fablicas de
